What is Meta-Train Fitness?

Meta-Train Fitness is a personal training solution that is tailored to individual needs. You won’t get a “one size fits all approach” from me, rather I will take the time to understand where your training currently is, where you want it to be and how you want to get there. While some change is quick and easy, I’m of the opinion that any worthwhile and sustainable change takes time, effort and dedication. The programmes and services I offer reflect this and will change to continually meet your needs as your fitness journey progresses.

No matter what your goal, be it weight loss, muscle gain or improving athleticism in a specific area, I’m confident I will be able to work with you to achieve your goals.

Who is Matt?

I’ve been involved in sports and fitness related activities from a young age; part of the London Youth Games as a Judo competitor as well as Boxing and Kickboxing during my teenage years. I have played American Football for the past 10+ years, from Collegiate (University) to Senior level in the UK which I continue to compete in to this day, including a 2015 Rose Bowl Final appearance with the Bristol Apache.

As a fitness professional, I have a strong affinity for Kettlebells and have used these as part of my own training for the past 8 years. REPS accredited and Personal Trainer Level 3 qualified, I’m a fully registered fitness professional that can work with individuals of all levels
