I have never really been a fan of exercies until i started the kettlebell classes. These classes are brilliant. Matt provides a great structured class with alot of variation. The classes are friendly and a mixture of levels so there is no need to feel intimidated. Matt will monitor you throughtout the class and advise you on techniques and push you to the maximum (its very hard but worth it) but makes sure you are not over doing it or causing yourself an injury.
